Team Leader – Warehouse

Are you a bright, capable individual with experience in warehouse operations? This is an opportunity for a self-motivated, hands-on professional who can work independently and take initiative.

The company, located in the South-Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, is a leading manufacturer of printing inks, coatings, and varnishes.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including forklift operations, pick and pack, and other ad hoc responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forklift operations – loading / unloading of trucks
• Pick and pack
• Handle necessary paperwork
• Work autonomously to manage daily warehouse operations
• Ensure efficiency and organisation in day-to-day tasks

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently
• Competent in using computers
• Reliable, organised, and self-driven
