We have two exciting opportunities for experienced garment screen printers to join a fast-paced production environment. Whether you’re a skilled printer looking for a great production role, or an experienced printer ready to step up into a leadership position, we’d love to hear from you.

The Roles

Screen Printer

A hands-on production role for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives on consistency and quality, and is comfortable working at pace to meet daily KPIs.

Head Printer & Team Leader

As above, with the added responsibility of leading and coordinating a small team of 2–3 printers. This role suits an experienced printer ready to step into a department manager position, who is naturally confident, clear in their communication, and solutions-focused under pressure.

Key Responsibilities (Both Roles)

• Printing on a fully automatic TAS carousel, producing multi-colour garments
• Quality control throughout all print runs
• Full screen prep including coating, exposing, stripping and reclaiming
• Mesh selection and plastisol ink mixing
• Setting up screen printing separations
• Liaising with sales staff to resolve print issues
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Additional Responsibilities (Team Leader)

• Lead and coordinate a team of 2–3 printers against daily production schedules
• Take full ownership of production outcomes and daily and weekly KPIs
• Work unsupervised and make decisions on the floor with clarity and authority

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience printing multiple colours on an automatic carousel (Screen Printer) or extensive experience for the Team Leader role
• Strong knowledge of screen prep, mesh selection, and plastisol ink mixing
• Capable of working at pace to meet KPIs — this is essential for both roles
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving ability
• High attention to detail and genuine pride in producing quality work
• Adobe Illustrator experience preferred but not essential
• For the Team Leader: a proven ability to lead with clarity, authority and a supportive approach

Remuneration

Screen Printer: $35 to $40

Head Printer & Team Leader: Up to $46 per hour

All remuneration is negotiable for the right person.
