Graphic Designer

Here is an opportunity for and experienced Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced, on-demand print environment. If you’re a detail-oriented designer with the ability to manage multiple tasks this is the opportunity for you!

The Company offers a wide range of printing and graphic design services to businesses and individuals. Located in the Inner-Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne,  the company provides high-quality printing solutions such as business cards, brochures, posters, and banners, along with professional graphic design services.

The Role: 

• Collaborate with clients to understand their visual communication needs and develop creative design solutions.
• Promote store services and products, upselling where appropriate.
• Handle incoming calls, process online inquiries, and provide accurate pricing estimates.
• Deliver high-quality, creative design concepts with attention to detail.
• Create print-ready files, update existing client files, and perform prepress tasks efficiently.

The Person & Skills Required: 

• Proficiency in both Mac and PC, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, prepress, and workflow software.
• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and manage expectations.
• Exceptional organisational skills, capable of following a structured workflow and meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.

Negotiable for the right person, the remuneration guide is from $60,000 – $65,000

***You must have full working rights to work in Australia as visa sponsorship and relocation are not provided for this role.***
