Flexographic Printer Full Time

• Inner Northern Suburbs of Melbourne
• Full-Time Hours

A well-established print manufacturer is seeking an experienced Flexo Press Operator to join their dayshift team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on production role running high-speed flexographic presses in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be expected to hit the ground running, experience and print quality are what count here.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Bobst high-speed flexo presses to production targets and quality standards
• Conducting makereadies, colour register checks, and press adjustments
• Monitoring print quality throughout the run and making corrections as required
• Working closely with the broader production team to meet daily output schedules
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work area

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience with high-speed flexographic presses
• Specific experience on Bobst presses highly regarded
• Trade qualification in printing and graphic arts preferred, but not essential if your experience speaks for itself
• Solid understanding of colour management, registration, and substrate handling
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a structured dayshift environment

The company is also seeking a Printer Assistant looking to break into the flexo trade, an experienced Extruder Operator, and an Ink Technician.
