Flexographic Printer Full Time

Location: South-Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne
Employment Type: Permanent full-time, with an initial 3-month casual probation period
Rate: Up to $40/hour (depending on experience)

An opportunity for a Flexo Printer who is looking for straightforward, high-volume work with the chance to expand their skillset across multiple machines.

The company is an Australian manufacturer specialising in custom paper and board solutions. They supply a diverse range of industries including manufacturing, professional services, retail, and B2B sectors with quality specialised products tailored to their specific needs.

About the Role:

You’ll operate a new 2-colour reel-to-reel flexo press, producing simple single-colour work with consistent production runs. The work is simple and consistent, single-colour line work for laminating, flood coat reel to reel printing, or board laminating using the flexo press. No complex multi-colour jobs.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Qualified flexo printer OR extensive hands-on flexo experience
• Alternatively, offset printers open to retraining in flexo
• Current forklift licence (roll grab experience highly regarded)
• Reliable, quality-focused operators willing to learn new equipment
