We’re on the hunt for a true all-rounder, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and brings experience across design, production, and signage.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running wide format digital presses and operating a cutting table
• Assisting with sign fabrication and installation as needed
• Supporting the design and print process from concept to completion
• Applying a sharp focus on cost control, productivity, and waste reduction
• Contributing to a team that values initiative, accountability, and craftsmanship

Who we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in wide format print and signage
• A problem-solver with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Someone who can manage multiple tasks without sacrificing quality
• An eye for detail and an owner’s mindset, you care about the end result
• Comfortable jumping between design, production, and installation tasks

Negotiable for the right person, the remuneration guide is from $80,000 – $100,000.
