Die Cutter Operator

An excellent opportunity for a motivated Bindery Operator with die cutting experience to join our team. The company specialises in creative, data-driven communications, integrated marketing, production, and distribution.

You will be primarily responsible for the setup and operation of die cutting equipment. Additionally, you will assist with other bindery responsibilities including guillotine, folding and stitching. This is a permanent afternoon shift, Monday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and run die cutting machinery
• Supervise assistants and oversee quality control
• Ensure safe operation and adherence to instructions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating die cutting equipment
• Additional experience with folding, stitching, or guillotine machines is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and customer-focused
