Are you a driven and hands-on leader ready to step into a high-impact role with a fast-growing print company? The company is a well-established large format, signage, and digital print business that has been helping some of Australia’s most recognisable brands connect with their audience for over 25 years. With continued growth and investment in people and technology, they are seeking an Experienced Digital Production Manager to lead from the front.

As the Digital Production Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the production floor, overseeing scheduling, team management, and performance across all digital print functions. This is a hands-on role where leadership is demonstrated through action, someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and step in when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production workflow, schedules, and job allocation across the team
• Rostering and leadership of staff including performance management and development
• Monitor and report on key production KPIs including DIFOT, waste, output, and profitability
• Ensure efficient job turnaround and high-quality output across all projects
• Maintain strong control of workflow and job progress using PrintIQ or similar systems
• Step in on the floor to operate machinery when required—this is not a desk-only role
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and team performance

About You:

• Proven experience in a digital print production management role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team
• Excellent planning and scheduling abilities
• Comfortable being hands-on and physically present on the production floor
• Experienced with production/job tracking systems
